KYN28A-12 铠装型移开式交流金属封闭开关设备系三相交流 50HZ 的户内成套配电装置，用于接受和分配 3.6-12 千伏的网络电能并对电路试行控制保护及监测。
 

KYN28A-12 armored removable AC metal-enclosed switchgear is a three-phase AC 50HZ indoor complete set of power distribution equipment, used to receive and distribute 3.6-12 kV network power and to test the circuit control, protection and monitoring.

柜体结构采用敷铝锌板比多重折弯组装而成。完全金属铠装及彻底分隔。
 
所有设备的操作均可在柜门关闭状态下进行。
 
具有“五防功能”即：防止误操作断路器，防止带负荷推拉手车，防止带电关合接地开关，防止接地开关在接地位置送电和防止误入带电间隔。
 
高压室内的真空断路器及其操动机构仅需少量维护。更换断路器非常简单，手车互换性好。
 
柜体可靠墙安装，柜前维修，减少占地面积。二次线敷设于尺寸宽裕的线槽内，容易接线。电缆室有充裕的空间，可联接多根电缆。
 
透过面板门，极易观察到电缆室安装情况。快速接地开关用于接地的和回路短接。
 
可与（F-C）柜直接并柜无需转换柜。

The vacuum circuit breaker and its operating mechanism in the high-voltage chamber require only a small amount of maintenance.
 
It is very simple to replace the circuit breaker, and the handcart interchangeability is good.
 
The cabinet is installed on the wall reliably, and the front of the cabinet is repaired to reduce the floor space.
 
The secondary wires are laid in a wide slot for easy wiring.
 
There is ample space in the cable room to connect multiple cables.
 
Through the panel door, it is easy to observe the installation of the cable room. The fast grounding switch is used for grounding and loop short-circuiting.
It can be directly combined with (F-C) cabinet without conversion cabinet.
