充电浮充电装置采用高频开关电源模块，n+1 冗余热备份，自动均流，性能可靠，功率因数高。系统模块化结构可带电热插拔，维护检修方便。
电池智能化管理，可按系统设定的充电曲线完成蓄电池均充、浮充的全过程，毋需人为干预，并可对电池做定期均衡充电以补偿长期浮充造成的容量不足，电池充电电源随温度变化自动补偿。充电模块运用方式双重化，即可受控制运行又可自主工作，系统运行更为安全。
 
完善的保护功能，对电流输入，直流输出过 / 欠压，模块输出短路，过温及馈电，绝缘等故障具有保护及报警功能，并具备可靠的电器连锁及误操作保护，确保系统安全运行。
微机控制系统，可对电源运行状态全方位监控，并通过 RS485、RS232 接口与上位机通讯，实现电源系统的远端集中监控，真正达到无人值守。
具备“四遥”功能  
遥控：模块开 / 关机、均 / 浮充等。
遥调：合母电压、控母电压、充电限流；电压，合母电压、合母电流、控母电压、控母电流、电池充放放电电流，单节电池电压、环境温度计对地绝缘状况；遥信：交流供电状态、开 / 关机状态、馈电开关、电池开关、熔芯及系统工作状态。
